Refund Policy for Digital Marketing Services Package
At Starmedia Digital Pvt. Ltd, we are committed to
delivering high-quality digital marketing services that meet your business
needs. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may
require a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to
both parties.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only
applicable if requested within 7 days of the project start date.
- A refund will
only be considered if the services have not been fully rendered or if there is
a significant delay or failure in delivering the agreed-upon services.
- Refund requests
are not valid for services that have already been fully delivered or when the
campaign has been launched.
2. Non-Refundable
Items
- Any third-party
fees (e.g., hosting, domain registrations, or ad spend on platforms like Google
Ads or Meta) are non-refundable.
- If the client
fails to provide the necessary information or approval on time, and this causes
delays or project completion, refunds will not be provided.
3. Partial Refunds
- For packages with
a longer timeline (e.g., monthly retainers), partial refunds may be issued for
any remaining unused portion of the service after deducting work already
completed.
4. Process for
Requesting a Refund
- All refund
requests must be submitted in writing to marketing@thestarsmedia.com.
- Refund requests
will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and we will inform you of the
decision.
5. Service
Dissatisfaction
- If you are not
satisfied with the results of the service, we encourage you to reach out to us
within 30 days of project completion. We will work with you to resolve any
issues before considering a refund.
6. Exceptions
- No refunds will
be provided for services that have been customized or specifically tailored to
your business.
- Refunds will not
be issued for client-initiated cancellations after the service has commenced
unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
